her somalab
A living laboratory where we attune to the inner landscapes of the body through movement, breath, sound, touch, and shared reflections.
During the winter months, these women’s gatherings are held by Diana, a somatic educator devoted to guiding women back to their strength, tenderness, life force and radiant sensual vitality

The winter months call us to turn inward, to explore the landscapes of our inner world, and to nurture our personal growth - perfect time for Somalab.
This work flows from the depths of my heart and soul, and it is a true joy to share it with you.
It is born from everything I have learned over the past 20 years of facilitating yoga retreats—quietly noticing the treasures that women carry within, often hidden yet always waiting to be uncovered—enriched by the profound knowledge and practices I have received as a somatic educator for women.
Topics we might touch on include: heart desires, shadow side, women’s anatomy, moving as you feel, anger, sacred rage and grief - work, sensuality, aliveness (including erotic energy), the nervous system, cycles of life… and whatever emerges in the moment. (For more intimate, sensual work, there will be a special Temple Night for women.)
Tools we use are: somatic movement, dance, sounding, voice, self-touch, massage, somatic inquiries, sharing circles and deep listening, energy and breath work and deep relaxation and journaling.
I am inspired by many, but much of this work grows from the teachings of the Somatic Institute for Women and from courses with Kimberly Ann Johnson, Michaela Boehm, San d’Simone, Sheri Winston, and Jane Hardwicke Collings, Maya Luna … to name just a few.
