The yoga surf holidays are taking place at our stunning Quinta da Rosa, close by the fisherman’s town Salema, 20 min walking distance to breathtaking beaches. It’s a very beautiful house with wooden floors and comfortables rooms, a lush garden and a swimming pool.

The house has 5 rooms and they can be divided into single, double and a shared (4) rooms. All showers and toilets (3) are shared. 

The groups are kept small (ca 8 women), so we can go deep.

In the morning we follow the more disciplined practice of yoga … in a very effortless way.

In the afternoon we let go of structures and sing and dance and share and reflect and laugh and cry & Yoga Nidra.

*It can be that the surf lessons are on different times of the day because of tide and wind conditions. In this case it might be that you miss out on some classes.

You will receive 2 deliciously healthy meals prepared by our own private chef who pruchases fresh fruits and vegetables from the local organic market and prepares the meals with a lot of love and care.

Snacks, fruits and teas area available the whole day.

The food is vegetarian, refined sugar free and it’s not problem to go for a gluten free or vegan option.

The price is according to your room rate for the ‘Let Her Be’ Retreat + extra lessons per day.

The lessons are more or less 70 € per day, depending on the group size and on how many days you book.

All surf equipment is included.

Relaxing massage or other holistic treatments approx €60/per hour.
